My stay at the hotel was truly enjoyable. The rooms were spotlessly clean and well-equipped, offering a comfortable bed and excellent Rituals toiletries. The breakfast was delightful. However, I found the service to be exceptional, as the staff went above and beyond to accommodate my needs.
